It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David W. Pomplun (Oconto, Nebraska), born in Broken Bow, Nebraska, who passed away on July 27, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Florence Ash; and his brother-in-law Jim McMurtry. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Cindy Taylor (Kent) of Broken Bow, NE and Jerry Pomplun (Kelli) of Broken Bow, NE; his grandchildren, Jess Taylor (Amy), Andy Taylor (Sadye), Jami Robinson (Shay), Shelby Mayer (Brad), Micah Pomplun (Jayme) and Kirby Pomplun (Shannon); and his sister Bessie McMurtry of Lyman, NE. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
