With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Wynia of Oakland, Nebraska, who passed away on August 24, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Warrington and Helen Warrington (Fegenbush); her husbands, Kenneth Welfl and Jack; and her siblings, Jana, Jelsma, Charlotte Welfl, Dorothy Marker, Allan and Mervin.

She is survived by: her children, Reggy Welfl (Alice) of Kennard and Holly Hurrell (Jeff) of Craig; her stepchildren, Diana Pohl (Patrick) of Lansing, MI, Judy Wynia of Vermillion, SD, Dorothy Dwyer (Rich) of Harrisburg, SD and Jay Wynia (Kari) of Dante, SD; her brother Don Warrington (Vicki) of Omaha; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Warrington of Springfield, SD. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
