It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurie Ann Werner of Oakdale, Nebraska, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sherry Zahurones (Clary) and Nicholas Zahurones; her husband Ralph Werner of Oakdale, NE.; her children, Molly Zahurones (Ken Prchal) of Omaha, NE., Rick Bergmann of Bellevue and Daniel Zahurones of Omaha, NE.; her grandchildren, Giavonna Prchal, Giselle Prchal, Brett Zahurones, Riley Zahurones and Leilani Zahurones; and her sisters, Maggie Byers (Lyn) of Council Bluffs, IA, Nancy Stewart (Kenny) of Pontiac, MO and Chadd Zahurones (Brandi) of Rapid City, SD.. She was also cherished by Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beyer Snider Memorial Funeral Home (602 M St, Neligh, NE 68756). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
