It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Penne of Oakdale, Nebraska, born in Norfolk, Nebraska, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Penne and Marie Penne (Von Bonn); his sisters, Ella Mae Dozler and Malinda Penne; and his brother-in-law Donnie Dozler.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Pelster; his children, James Jr., Janelle Lackey, Jolynn Hull (Craig), Jacqueline Penne and Jamy Penne (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Kathy Lackey, Manny Lackey, Bethany Lackey, Brett Hull, Brady Hull, Elizabeth Hull, Brennen Penne, Kennedy Penne, Emerson Penne, Brecken Penne, Ryker Penne and Bently Penne.
