He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Meyer and Laura Meyer (Wolcott); and his siblings, Louise Gottfried, Eva MacDonald, Ronald Poe, Bill Savage and Frank Savage (Colleen).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Muirhead; his children, Thomas Meyer (Chris) of Maricopa, AZ and Ronald Meyer (Mandy) of Berthoud, CO; his grandchildren, Aura Meyer, Saleen VanPatten, Terek Meyer, Austin Chioda, Bromley Meyer, Geneva Meyer and Cameron Meyer; his great grandchildren, Elzay VanPatten and Luka Chioda; his siblings, Roberta Barkeloo and Robert Meyer; his nephews, Blake Barkeloo and Bobby Meyer; and his niece Carrie Ritter.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carpenter Memorial Chapel (1616 W B St, North Platte, NE 69101). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the North Platte Cemetery (1008 W 18th St, North Platte, NE 69101).
