With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert Alan Snider of North Platte, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his mother Myrtle; his stepfather Herbert Hendrickson; his father Ronald; his in-laws, Juan and Ana Ortega; his siblings-in-law, Ernie Ortega, Ralph Kramer Sr. and Cathy Snider; and his partner's sons, John and Ronnie.

He is survived by: his siblings, Eula Kramer of Woodbine, IA, Darryl Snider of Kearney, NE and Daniel Snider (Lavonne) of Bartlesville, OK; his half-brother Larry Dean Anderson of Vinita, OK; his children, Larry Snider (Jill) of North Platte, NE, Bob Snider (Debbie) of Granada Hills, CA and Lorraine Mullen (Jerry) of Maywood, NE; his grandchildren, Tracy, Angelica, Faith, Hilary, Melissa, Kurt, Nathan, Matthew, Alyssa, Jessica, Alexis, Michael and Jeffrey; and his nephew David John Ortega. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carpenter Memorial Chapel (1616 W B St, North Platte, NE 69101). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Ft. Mcpherson National Cemetery (12004 South Spur 56a, Maxwell, NE 69151).
