She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Leslie Mayfield; her spouse Larry Hoffmann; her mother Dorothy Vencill; her brother Bud Mayfield; her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Mayfield, Mary Frances (Charles Brannen), Regina Minton, Theresa McCaslin and Thomas Hoffman; her friends, Marie Voorhies, Gladys Morin, Maxine Lange, Dort Lewis and Betty Shaner; her daughters, Ann Neimanis (Gary) of Dexter, Lisa Hoffmann, Kristina Hoffmann and Molly Hoffmann of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Austin Neimanis (Lauren), Katherine Hoffmann and Avery Hoffmann; and her great grandchild Hudson. She was also cherished by sister-in-law; two brothers-in-law; many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to Paws-Itive Partners or the Maywood Cemetery.
