With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille Hord (North Platte, Nebraska), born in Quinter, Kansas, who passed away on August 7, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Higgason and Grace Higgason; her husband Clark; her siblings, Vonna Dean Higgason, Velva Melroy and Phil Higgason; her sister-in-law Edna Ruble (Hord); her sons-in-law, Bob Boettcher and Gene Olson; and her brother-in-law Gean Melroy.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Gayle Boettcher of Buffalo, TX, Bill Hord (Annette) of Lincoln, Chrys Olson of Dacono, CO, Rita Wilkinson (Greg) of Billings, MT, Harlan Hord of Cheyenne, WY and Chip Hord (Leslie) of Golden, CO; her brother Don Higgason (Wanda) of Buford, GA; and her sister-in-law Ethel Higgason. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 18 great great-grandchildren.
