He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Olson and Alberta Olson. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his godson Michael Schwab; his siblings-in-law, Harvard Miller (Pam) of Eldersburg, MD, Mark Miller (Dawn) of Upperco, MD and Bev Smith (Glade) of Cozad; and his close friend Cindy. He is also survived by nieces; and 18 grand nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore Tuesday (302 S Sycamore St, North Platte, NE 69101). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort McPherson National Cemetery (12004 S Spur 56a, Maxwell, NE 69151).
In lieu of flowers or memorials - pick up a meal or have a meal delivered - spend time with your loved ones - talk, play games, reminisce, laugh, dance, hug! And always, always - take a lot of pictures and videos.
