He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben McIntosh and Mildred McIntosh; his wife Dona Walsh; his daughter Ranelle; and his grandson Mike.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Poff (Punky) of LaCenter, WA, Robert McIntosh (JoEllen) of North Platte and Kim Sorrells of North Platte. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
