He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth John Buxbaum, Sr. and Jacquline Ora Wilson (Williams); and his sister Nicole "Nikki" Johnston Knepp. He is survived by: his daughters, Chauntel and Tiffany Fries; his siblings, Kenny Buxbaum, Jr. (Cherri), Russ Buxbaum (Lindsey), Kristine Busskhol (Scott), Rebecca Hirnshall and Richard Fries; his stepmother Geraldine Buxbaum; his former wife Kimberly Anne Angel; and his uncle Steve Pursley (Bonnie).
