It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floy Virginia Phillips of North Platte, Nebraska, born in Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Gray Morrison (Allums) and L. Claude Morrison; her former husband Calvin Hecht; her husband Lewis E. Phillips; her great grandchild Hailey Grace Havig; and her brother Jerry Wayne Morrison.
She is survived by: her children, B. Michael Hecht (Deborah) and Brenda M. Malcom (Gale); her brother L. Kent Morrison (Patricia); and her grandchildren, Charles "Chuck" Anderson, Craig Anderson (Sarah), Christina Havig (Garrett), Allyson "Ally" Tenhagen (Landon) and Addison "Addie" Hecht. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
