He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Mills and Mary Mills; his wife Sharon; his sisters, Carol Hovendick and Doris (Samuel Frank); and his son Robert Mills.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Mills (Julio Sturghill) of Nesbitt, MS and Heather Razes (Dennis) of Wellfleet; his sister Mary Wymer (David) of Portville, NY; and his grandchildren, Adam, Jacob, Samantha, Sabrina, Sydney, Destaney, Angel, Star, Robbie, Jr. and Little Robbie.
