He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Emanuel and Martha Emanuel (Plantenberg); his parents-in-law, Mike and Belle Chapman; his brother Jerome Emanuel (Lorraine); and his brother-in-law Delbert Eikmeier.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Patricia Emanuel and Rev. Steven D. Emanuel; his siblings, Wendell Emanuel (MaryAnn) of North Bend and Rosanne Eikmeier of Dodge, NE; and his sister-in-law Betty Watt (Ed) of North Bend.
