She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Slater and Grace Slater (Menefee); and her brother Harley Slater. She is survived by: her husband Roland Jacobsen (Rollie) of Norman; her children, Glenn Jacobsen (Cathy) of Minden, Grant Jacobsen (Tammi) of Hastings and Crystal Johnson (Bob) of Minden; and her siblings, Luke "Tag" Slater (Jeanne) of Fairbury, Sally Slater of Canada, April Weichel (Wayne) of Fairbury and Lana Seeman of Liberty, NE. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
