It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Foulk of Norfolk, Nebraska, born in Beatrice, Nebraska, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tracy Swoboda and Lois Swoboda (Crosby); her grandparents, Robert and Ruby Crosby; her sister Tammi Davis; and her grandson Bennet Carnes.
She is survived by: her child Baily Foulk (Walker) of Phillips, Nebraska; her husband Rick Foulk of Norfolk, Nebraska; her children, Michael Carnes (Jordon) of Tilden and Gaige Carnes (Kaitlyn) of Yorkville; and her siblings, Tracy Swoboda (Heidi) and Marla Theye (Tim). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
