He was predeceased by: his sister Shellene Richart; and his grandparents, Mark, Charlotte Mae Sehi, John and Bea Richart.
He is survived by: his parents, LeRoy Richart of Tampa, Florida and Wanda Richart (Sehi) of Norfolk; his children, Shalene Richart of Lincoln, Nebraska and Colby Richart of Norfolk, Nebraska; and his sisters, Carrie Thomas of Tampa and Suzanne Marshall (Thomas) of Tampa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
