He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Vodvarka and Evelyn Vodvarka (Wisnieski). He is survived by: his wife Lynda Anderson; his children, Kelly Horn (Deon) of Norfolk and Todd Anderson (Shelly) of Stanton, Nebraska; and his siblings, Gary Vodvarka (Debbie) of Sulphur, Oklahoma and Judy Humphrey (Jim) of Fort Worth, Texas. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
