He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Tyler and Caroline Tyler (Longbine); his wife Nancy Tyler; and his children, Ann Miller (Tyler) and Mike Tyler.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Landsteiner (Glen) of Mankato, Pat Tyler (Rhonda) of Norfolk and Todd Tyler (Barb) of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his daughter-in-law Pam Tyler of Le Mars, Iowa. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
