He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Zabka and Lorraine Zabka (Stepanek); his daughter Tammi Renee; and his father-in-law Joseph Maca. He is survived by: his wife Janet Maca of Norfolk; his children, Chrissy Kuchar (Mark), Madison, Jenny Koch (Ryan) of Omaha and Nick Zabka (Linda Riley) of Gretna; his siblings, Robert Zabka (Pauline) of Swea City, Tim Zabka (Jane), Leigh and Kay Pofahl (Jim) of Norfolk; his grandchildren, Lauren, Lilly Zabka, Alexis, Kylee, Wyatt, Samantha Kuchar, Crosby and Camille Koch; and his mother-in-law Marcella Maca of Clarkson.
