He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Meier and Minna Meier (Steffen); his wife Shirley G. Miller; his siblings, Jim, Lloyd, Dick Meier, Ida Searls and Willie Provancha (Vern); and his stepdaughters, Kim Kaufman and Karla Bremer.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Bremer and Kevin Bremer (Gayle). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
