She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Eisenhauer and Ruby Eisenhauer (Schaffer); her husband Paul Deermer; her great grandchildren, William Hilligas and Georgia Copeland; her sister Kay; her brother-in-law Jerry O'Malley; and her sister Deborah Eisenhauer.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Meyer (Michael) of Lincoln, Janette Nixon (Scott) of Norfolk, Ronny Hilligas (Becky) of Fairbury and Amy Rathje (Rory) of Gravois Mills, MO; her grandchildren, Matthew Tracy (Brenda), Mitchell Tracy, Merrick Tracy (Alexis), Debra Tracy, Katie Austin (Jeff), Samuel Nixon (Merissa), Klancy Nixon (Ryan Throop), Charles Nixon (Lydia), Heidi Copeland (Brandon), Levi Hilligas (Leanne), Aaron Hilligas (Sasha), Rily Rathje (Amy) and Alec Rathje; her cousin Darlene Stutheit; and her friend Sharleen Miller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
