She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Buchholz and Catherine Buchholz (Brunckhorst); her husband Wesley Hackett; her siblings, Kenneth and Joyce Buchholz; and her brother-in-law James Voecks.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale Hacket (Michelle) of Kearney, NE, Roland Hackett (Cheryl) of Norfolk, NE. and Steven Hackett of Georgia; and her siblings, LeRoy Buchholz (Marlene) of Creighton, NE, Louise Meisner (Bruce) of Plainview, NE, Glenda Voecks of Foster and Meldean Ziehmer of Norfolk. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
