She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd; and her brother Ervin Frank. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd F. Molacek; her children, Teresa Chamberlain (Mark) of Stanton, Cindy Fago (Jon) of Pittsboro, NC, Daniel Molacek (Kim) of Stanton, Patty Molacek of Omaha and James Molacek (Pam) of Grand Island; and her grandchildren, Nicole Rus, Mindy Chamberlain, Timothy Fago, Cassandra Lutterloh, Zachary Molacek, Kirk Molacek, Ryan Molacek, Drew Molacek, Kelsey Knake, Jordan Molacek, Morgan Smith and Jacob Molacek. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
