With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julie Koenig of Norfolk, Nebraska, who passed away on August 30, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Schinck and Frances Schinck (Sesler); her husband Wilbur Koenig, Sr.; her son Joseph Charles; her brothers, Harold and Leonard; and her foster son Kevin.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Noelle of Stanton, Wilbur "Skip" Koenig (Jannell) of Norfolk, Jane Koenig of Norfolk, Jerome "Jerry" Koenig (Joleen) of Elgin and Jyse Koenig (Amber) of Fremont; her adoptive son Keith Koenig of Meadow Grove; and her foster sons, Bill Swanson of Newman Grove and Brad Swanson (Lynda) of Meadow Grove. She is also survived by nephew that she raised, Joe (Gina) Krepel of Houston, Texas; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
