He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Arthur Lewis, Sr. and Elvera Maxine Lewis (Jacob). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lewis of Sioux City, IA; his daughters, Kimberly (Daniel Good), Amber (Ronald Hoferer) and Ashley Lewis of Sioux City, IA.; his grandchildren, Kane Good, Daniel Good, Jessica Gastineau, Jayden Hendren, Baylea Hendren and Keaton Hendren; and his siblings, Rick Lewis of Emerson, Nebraska, Shari Tjeerdsma of Avon, LaRena RaE, Harry Lewis Jr. and Barry Lewis.
