He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Krugman and Lettie Krugman (Tubbs). He is survived by: his siblings, Linda and Dale; his former wives, Debra Goldfuss and Connie Emme; his stepsons, Dan and Delwin Ruda; his wife Debbie Scroggin; his stepchildren, Trisha Thies and Greg Scroggin; his children, Chris Blum (Melissa) of Norfolk, Eli, Kadence, Jocelyn, Huxley and Kerry Koerting of Norfolk; his grandchildren, Elise and Adilyn; his daughter Katie Sage of Vermillion; and his nephews, Jon Van Massenhove (Kathy) of Portland, Mark Van Massenhove (April) of Oakdale, Daniel Krugman (Monica) of O'Neill and Tim Krugman (Falycia) of O'Neill.
