He is survived by: his wife Judith Forster; his son David Otten (Danele) of Maryville, IL; his grandchildren, Dustin, Danae and Daniel; his son Mark Otten (Kim) of Raleigh, NC; his grandsons, Jonathan and Bennett; his son Jarvis Otten (Lora); his grandchildren, Coty and Cole; his son Eric Otten (Kim); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Matthew and Joanna; his son Aaron Otten (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Madeline, Cheyenne and Paige; his daughter Denise Batcher (John) of Valley, NE; his grandchildren, Tyke and Riggs; and his siblings, Clem Otten of Greensboro, NC, Arnold Otten of York, NE, John Otten of Fibre, MI, Doris Benal (Dick) of Wahoo, NE and Mary Henderson (Stan) of Waukee, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
