She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Terry and Anna Terry (Kinne); her children, Cindy Sue Volk and Kevin Douglas Volk; and her husband Gordon Volk.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Jean Smith, Rick Duane Volk (Deb) of Norfolk, Nanci Beth Bergmeier of Omaha and Pam Smith (Gary, family: John Smith) of The Woodlands; her grandchildren, Lauren, Hadley, Eloise of Lino Lakes, Minn and Sarah Pandl (Conor); her great grandchildren, Isabelle and Luke of Omaha; her grandsons, Jim Smith of Omaha and Joe Smith (Ann); her great grandchildren, Conor and Olivia of Omaha; her granddaughter Vanessa Volk; her great grandchildren, Lillian and Annabelle of Norfolk; and her grandchildren, Zoey, Blake of Omaha and Jacob Bergmeier of Omaha.
