She is survived by: her husband Arnold Howard; her sons, Michael of Norfolk and Jeremy of Norfolk; and her siblings, Larry Wiegert of Plainview, Robert Wiegert of Norfolk, Dennis Wiegert of Norfolk and Amy Folkers of Grand Island. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
