It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth LaPointe of Niobrara, Nebraska, born in Winnebago, Nebraska, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil LaPointe and Laura Jones; his siblings, Edith Bickerstaff, Harold, Curtis and Clarence; and his granddaughter Latoya LaPointe.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Renee Campbell of Santee, Kevin Darrell Campbell of Santee and Benjmain LaPointe; his wife Marcella A. Campbell LaPointe of Santee; his son Benjamin LaPointe (Lynnea Swan) of Eagle Butte; his grandchildren, Ramon Gonzalez, Racyn Gonzalez, Racia Gonzalez, Raquella Rose LaPointe, Wyatt LaPointe and Marcus LaPointe; his great grandchildren, Romeo Gonzalez, Dakotah Denny, Jr., Deyloni Denny, Davian Denny, Conner Rouse, Ryvin Gonzalez and Russell Gonzalez; and his brother Don LaPointe (Diane).
