He is survived by: his wife Deborah Mackey; his children, Mackenzi (Angel Baby Saul), Kobei Saul of Lincoln, NE, Natasha Fayant of Sisseton, SD and Richard Franklin of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Alexander Saul, Josiah, Gabriel, Greyson Franklin, Madelynn of Lincoln, NE, Gabriella of Lincoln, NE, Aubrianna Saul of Lincoln, NE and Augustine Franklin of Lincoln, NE; his close friend Michelle McBride (Mikki); and his siblings, Sharon Saul of Santee, NE, Cindy Whipple of Santee, NE, Tracy Medina (Ronnie) of Santee, NE, Marcel Saul, Sr. of Santee, NE, Wesley Saul, Jr. of Santee, NE and Carmen Saul. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
