He is survived by: his brother Marvin Slechta of Marysville, Utah; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Slechta of Machesney Park, Illinois and Frank Holecek (Esther) of Creighton, Nebraska. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews; and many friends.
