He is survived by: his wife Vicki Belter of Nickerson; his close friend Maggie (Scottish Terrier); his brother-in-law Rod Belter (Shari) of Omaha; his niece Haleigh Faller (Logan) of York, NE; his nephew Zachary Belter (Jordan) of Omaha; his cousins, David Ramsay (Jeannie) of Kansas City, Jim Ramsay (Gail) of Kansas City and Mary McCormick (Elbert) of Sunrise Beach, MO; and his close friends, Jim, Sherry, Carissa Jourdon, Buddy and Angel.
