She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Luther and Elaine Luther (Baker); and her sister Charlotte Young. She is survived by: her husband Harold Schafer; her son Chad Schafer of Nickerson; her brothers, Bill Luther of Laramie and Gary Luther (Marilyn) of Loveland; and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Maurer (Dean) of Fremont, Linda and Marlene Schafer of Arlington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
