He is survived by: his father Jack Patterson Gothard; his wife Theresa Gothard (Lutter); his children, Jessica (Gregg Tickle) and Trey Gothard; his adoptive son Jack Marty (Rhonda); his siblings, Joel Gothard (Renee), Kate (Leroy Songer) and Charity Turpin; and his grandchildren, Shayla Tickle, Isaac Tickle, Jamie Tickle, Kolby Watkins, Jaxon Marty and Dravin Gothard.
