He is survived by: his wife Cazzi of Nemaha; his children, Kegan, Chloe and Kinley; his parents, Rodney Keithley of Auburn and Carrie Vice of Stella; his siblings, Alicia Renville (Cameron Nicholson), Tiffany (Perry Thompson), Lucas (Bailey Vice), Logan (Jayme Vice) and Evan (Megan Keithley); and his grandmothers, Marilyn Renville of Augusta, KS and Shirley Vice of Stella. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials to the family are suggested in lieu of flowers.
