He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Wroughton and Florence Wroughton (Theiman); his son Scott; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Lois Diane Fuller; his children, Michael Wroughton (Karen) of Peoria, Arizona and Patricia Wroughton of Colorado; his daughter-in-law DeAnne Wroughton; his grandsons, Jacob Wroughton (Heather) of Nelson, Blake Wroughton of Nelson and Justin Streigel of Colorado; his great grandchild Baker Wroughton; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Wroughton of Superior, Neb. He is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
