He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sojka and Stephania Sojka (Ciapierzynska); his children, Stephen and Barbara Sojka Thiele; and his siblings, Julian Sojka and Sofie Schmidt.
He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn Theresa Koenig; his daughter Rose Marie; his wife Kathryn Koenig Molt Sojka of Albion, NE; his children, Rose Stehno (Richard) of South Jordan, Utah, Beverly Sojka of Omaha, NE, Stanley Sojka of Ewing, NE, Julie Ryan (Doug) of Lincoln, NE, Ted Sojka of Omaha, NE, Mary Langenberg (Bill) of Hoskins, NE and Tom Sojka (Patty) of Norfolk, NE; his son-in-law Chuck Thiele of Lincoln, NE; and his brother Dr. Louis Sojka (Jackie). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
