She is survived by: her children, Mark Voborny of Neligh, NE, Lois Bright (Jim) of Royal, NE, Lucy Pyle (Ron) of Neligh, NE and Todd Voborny (Patricia) of Stanton, NE; her daughter-in-law Penny Voborny of Bruel, NE.; her siblings, Ardella Overton (John) of Fremont, NE, Clifford Brown of Eureka Springs, AK., Martha Nelson, Dean Brown and Lyman Brown; her children, Irene Voborny and Leon Voborny; and her grandsons, Luke Voborny, Tim Lundquist and Jessie Philson. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (702 W 11th St, Neligh, NE 68756). A wake was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at the Laurel Hill Cemetery.
