We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Peter Michaelsen formerly of Neligh, Nebraska, born in Tilden, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Michaelsen and Alma Michaelsen (Claussen); his wife Ruth Hawk; his siblings, Arnold Michaelsen, Margareta Anderson, Helen Weinrich and Mary Pettijohn; and his great grandchild Madeline Havey.

He is survived by: his children, Sherry Michaelsen of LaCrosse and Jerry Michaelsen (Missy) of Marshall; his grandson Tim Michaelsen (Megan) of Canandaigua; his great grandchildren, Mason, MacKenzie, Kacie and Kelsey; his granddaughter Amanda Havey of Columbus; his great grandchild Donald (DJ); and his sisters, Norma Simon of Stanton and Betty Zechmann (Richard) of Norfolk, Nebraska..

Due to the ongoing pandemic, arrangements to celebrate Peter's life will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Sherry, WI at later date.
