She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhardt Steinke and Arline Steinke; her husband George Renck; her brothers, Kenneth and Harland Steinke; and her sister-in-law Janet.

She is survived by: her children, Darel "Fred" Whitebread (Pat) of Malcolm, Melody Beck (Terry) of Norfolk and Melony Arehart (Randy) of Neligh, Nebraska; and her sister Shirley Heirigs (John) of Florida. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
