It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Jean Rockey of Neligh, Nebraska, who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Pofahl and Edith Pofahl (Huff); her son Ed; her brothers, Max, Martin and Roger; and her husband Willis.
She is survived by: her brothers, Dean and Butch; her grandchildren, Edie, Martha and Rockey Oil Co; her children, Randy Rockey (Heidi) of Oceanside, CA, Ross Rockey (Terra), Rachael Rockey, Casey Bartels (Justin), David Tong (Nicole), Noland Rockey (Kathy) of Norfolk, NE, Derek Rockey (Whitney), Allison Mason (Jordan), Garrett Rockey (Ashley), Edie Paxton (Keith) of Bella Vista, AR, Lucas Paxton (Joanna), Martha Brummels of Hickory, NC, Seth Brummels and Josh Brummels (Jennifer); and her granddaughter Jenny Rockey. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.
Social distancing, masks, and current Covid-19 DHM's will be followed at both visitation and funeral.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the United Church Women.
