He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Adkins and Francis Adkins (Palko). He is survived by: his wife Rose of Nehawka; his sons, Scott of Plattsmouth, Lee of Nehawka and Kenny of Nehawka; and his brother Stanley of Nehawka. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
