Crawford; her husband Adam Michael Churchill; her daughters, Avenly Marie, Josilyn and Lillian; her sister Alyssa Crowe; her half-brother Brice Thies (Courtney); and her in-laws, Ed, Eileen Churchill, Tara Churchill, Matt Churchill (Sara) and Scott Churchill (Kristy). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
