It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy D. Crook V of Nebraska City, Nebraska, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy D. Jr. Crook and Anna Marie Crook (Baltensperger); his brother Lloyd Crook; and his father-in-law Nick Swanson. He is survived by: his wife Carol Swanson August of Nebraska City; his children, Douglas Crook (Olivia) of St. Charles, MO, Laura Liesemeyer (Jeff) of Nebraska City and James Crook of Nebraska City; his grandchildren, Sarah Liesemeyer, Kylee Liesemeyer, Alex Crook and Cole Crook; his great grandchildren, Audi Witter and Braxton Witter; his brother John Crook (Sara) of Nebraska City; his mother-in-law Harriet Swanson of Portage, MI; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Swanson (Bill Eichelberg) of Portage, MI and Jim Swanson (Julie) of Grand Rapids, MI. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
