She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald D. "Red" and Jean L. Wurtele (Kreifels); her brother Bradley; her grandson Myles Buck; and her nephew Noah Wendt.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Terri and Mom; her husband Tom Schlichtemeier of Murray, NE; her children, Tony Schlichtemeier (Jessica) of Nehawka, NE, Cory Schlichtemeier of Nebr and Danielle Buck (Nate) of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Spencer, Cora, Olivia, Teagan and Paisley; her siblings, Donna Jean Maybee of Lincoln, Carrie Lynn Wendt of Lincoln and Curt Wurtele (Mary) of Nebr; and her brother-in-law Dr. William Schlichtemeier (Jeanette) of Omaha. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Her husband and two sons were by her side as her battle with Covid-19 came to an end.
Memorials may be given to an Education Fund established for Terri's grandchildren, or to the favorite charity of the donor.
