He is survived by: his parents, Robert Madison and Dana Madison (Vanatta); his children, Olivia, Beatrice and Jack; his brothers, Darrell, Roger (Gretchen) and Steve (Sara); and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany, Lynde, Elizabeth, Kalyn, Meaghan, Emily, Shaylee, Nicholas, Luke and Wyatt. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
