She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Charles and Ruth Ann Fuksa (O'Connor); and her daughter Melinda Rae Nielsen. She is survived by: her siblings, Johanna Smithers of St. Johns, FL and Anthony Fuksa of Omaha, NE.
