He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Peter and Annemarie Peter (Ziese); his son Randall Peter; his sister Helen Pratkelis; and his mother-in-law Dolores Meader.
He is survived by: his wife Glennys Peter of Talmage, NE; his son Timothy Peter (Candice) of Nebr; his grandchildren, Tristian Peter, Alexander Peter, Kelsey Brown, Skyla Peter, Zachary Fitzsimmons, Brianna Perkins, Kylee Fitzsimmons, Randi Peter, Hanna Peter and Kendall Peter; and his brother William Peter (Patsy) of Omaha, NE.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gude Mortuary (403 S 9th St, Nebraska City, NE 68410). A rosary was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (218 N 6th St, Nebraska City, NE 68410).
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society in memory of Paul.
